The Story of 'Table of None'

A lone table stands pushed to the side, forced to sit in the blistering morning Mediterranean sun against a vibrant pink wall in Pythagoreio, Samos. There is a quiet, almost desperate lonesomeness to the scene, a moment of stillness that leaves you questioning where the chairs have gone.

The composition is a study in balance and colour, where the pop of the blue table base meets the sharp architectural lines of a vertical drainpipe and a neutral beige wall. It captures a fleeting mystery of Greek island life: a forgotten object turned into a deliberate piece of art. Whether the table was moved out of the way or left behind, it remains a striking time capsule of the heat and solitude found in the backstreets of the Aegean.
