Slices of Paradise in Palm Springs

Captured during a quiet morning walk in Palm Springs, "Pink Hotel" is a study of geometry, light, and the candy-coated palette of the desert. The textured pink walls stood out in perfect, surreal contrast against the cloudless blue sky, reminding me almost of a giant piece of cake. I was immediately drawn to the asymmetrical black windows that cut through the pink like sharp, geometric punctuation marks.
